Side Shield (Layer 3)

 

As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

 

Side Shield is a balance on the arms requiring strength in the core. It also strengthens the arms and shoulders, of course, but because the body is stretched out, the center of the body bears all the weight of the posture. A modified version of Shield is taught in the Basics DVD and “Pinions” is taught in the Ps 91 routine on WholyFit TV.
