How to FLY

How to FLY:

WholyFit FLY is an extension course of WholyFit certification. FLY training is offered to WholyFit Certified Gentle Body POWER instructor/trainers.

  1. Get WholyFit Certified
  2. Take the WholyFit extension course

WholyFit certification provides the biomechanics and WholyFit specific training in the Gentle Body POWER exercises. WholyFit FLY takes those exercises to the air.

For example, learn WholyFit shoulder stabilization techniques to learn climbing the fabric. Learn WholyFit backhanding techniques to to decompression. Every Gentle Body POWER exercise that is first learned on the ground can then be done on the fabric.
