*Layer 1= stabilityLayer 1 target: beginners to exercise who have never exercised before or de-conditioned people who have not exercised in a long time. Layer 1 exercises focus on building stability.
Gold training is open to the general public.
Gold training is required for WholyFit Instructors to become “Gold Certified”
Pre-requisite: Signed and submitted Health Screening Form Trains anyone to: properly execute WholyFit exercises in layers 2**, and 3***
Registration covers Gold Training: Trains you to perform Layer 2 & 3 exercises with proper Technique, form & safety. Gold training is also required training for those who wish to complete WholyFit certification so that they can teach a multi-layer class which includes layers 2 & 3. Workshops provide Practicum hours (practice teaching & cueing), teaching methodology and training in proper kinesiology of movement based on functional anatomy.
(Silver Certification is also required to begin teaching WholyFit.)
