<p><strong>Volunteers Still Needed: </strong>We will train you! Listed in order of urgency&#8230;<strong></strong></p>
<p><strong>1. Hospitality and Travel Guide</strong> <strong>Team</strong> needed to take people by the hand &#8211; help interns and instructors book their flights and arrange shuttle transportation for Gold retreat. If you have the gift of hospitality and have experience with travel (or are willing to learn) let us know!</p>
<p><strong>2. Editor Team</strong> needed to read Laura&#8217;s books and make suggestions, look for typos, check for content, etc&#8230;</p>
<p><strong>3. Digger</strong> <strong>Team</strong>- if you love to do research and investigate this job is for you. We need someone to do detective work about the harmful doctrines of yoga. We need to have hard evidence! You would go online and maybe to the library to dig up and document quotes from sources about anti Biblical yoga philosophies.</p>
<p><strong>4. Photographer at Gold Retreat- </strong>Also need volunteer models<strong>. </strong>We have the cameras, we just need volunteers to take the pictures.<strong><br />
</strong></p>
<p><strong>5. Networker</strong>- If you&#8217;re good at making friends and being nice to people, this job is for YOU! Your job will simply be to make friends with people and organizations. Need to be familiar with using templates (or html) or are willing to learn.</p>
<p><strong>6. Marketing Supplies</strong>- Order marketing supplies for instructors on Vista print<strong><br />
</strong></p>
<p><strong>7. Graphic Arts</strong>- We have lots of graphic arts projects. Volunteers need to be familiar with Photoshop or be willing to learn.</p>
<p><strong>8. Journalist Team- </strong>Need at least 6 total: 4 people<strong> t</strong>o do one newsletter per month and 2 people to do 1 magazine per month.<strong></strong></p>
<p><strong>9. Video Editor- </strong>Edit videos for sale on Amazon.com</p>
<p><strong>10.</strong> <strong>Healthy Food Chefs</strong> &#8211; Do you like to cook healthy recipes? Please film yourself demonstrating how to make a healthy recipe. We also need written recipes for the blog.</p>

<p>Stir fry any vegetables you like. Heat wok or non-stick pan and spray for 5 seconds with spray olive oil. Keep pan on high heat and stir as needed during the following process: Cut veggies into uniform shapes, cutting denser vegetables into smaller pieces. In the hot pan, first add the veggies that take the longest to cook such as carrots and broccoli. Then add quick cooking veggies like onions, garlic, sprouts, cabbage, snap peas and tomatoes.</p>
<p>Add in a package of the frozen chicken and stir till thawed and warm.   Don&#8217;t have the patience to stir fry the veggies? Do them beforehand and freeze them by portion!</p>

<p>Sandwich thins are great for instant sandwiches and they are half the calories of regular bread. Make a sandwich with chicken, lettuce, tomatoe and whatever condiments you like.  Thaw a bag of the chicken below and wrap in a tortilla. Be sure to use lots of lettuce and veggies or sprouts and use a little mustard as sauce.</p>
<h4>Pre-seasoned and Cooked Chicken in Portions</h4>
<ul>
<li>2 lbs of chicken breast, boneless, skinless</li>
<li>Cut it up into bite-size pieces</li>
<li>Marinade for 20 minutes. (Use a marinade packet from the store. Usually add vinegar and water to it. Omit the oil or fats if called for.)</li>
<li>Separate marinaded chicken into 2-4 oz portions</li>
<li>To cook, separate in little piles by portion on bare cookie sheet. Bake it at 425 degrees for about 25 minutes or until the chicken reaches internal temperature of 165 degrees (use meat thermometer).</li>
<li>Weigh out portions and put in zip lock bags</li>
<li>Freeze</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Welcome to the Director&#8217;s Network and thank you for volunteering to be a Director and shepherd WholyFit instructors.</p>
<p>Kathy Cain, International Director will be your coach, a kind of lay pastor in charge of discipleship training of all the Directors. You, in turn are responsible to disciple and guide the instructors assigned to you. Don&#8217;t worry, you&#8217;ll get lots of help! Kathy will be meeting with you live online once a month with directions and encouragement on how to do just that!</p>
<p>The second line of communication is the Director’s Network Blog Kathy Cain will use to give you all the information you need to remember to give to your sheepies and answer any questions you have. Your sheepies will be able to go there to refresh their memories or ask questions.</p>
<p>The Director&#8217;s Network Blog will give Kathy the opportunity  to share some helpful tips, scripture, whatever God is downloading into her.  Plus, the Directors can also participate with questions to one another, prayer requests, and most importantly, build relationship among the sisters.</p>
<p>NOTE: Remember not to send out bulk emails please. Contact your sheepies personally, privately and directly. Encourage them to read the newsletters and the blog. These are the official channels for group emails.  If you have an announcement,  please let Kathy know or write it in the comment section. Do not email more than 3 instructors at a time to eliminate the appearance of spam. Thank you for your help in keeping our communication to instructors warm, personal and non invasive.</p>
